One-time service vs. a plan
A one-time visit treats an identified problem. A recurring plan covers listed pests on a schedule, with re-service between visits. Termite, bed bug and fumigation work are specialty programs priced separately.
What changes a quote
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| The pest | German roaches, bed bugs and termites need more intensive programs than an occasional spider. |
| Severity | An established infestation takes more visits than early activity. |
| Home size and construction | Square footage, stories, attics, slab and number of units. |
| Treatment method | Baits, exterior treatment, exclusion, monitoring systems or fumigation. |
| Frequency | One visit, a few follow-ups, or a recurring schedule. |
| Access | Clutter, landscaping against the house, gated communities and HOA rules. |
| Inspection and reports | WDO reports and detailed inspections take time and a qualified inspector. |
| Warranty or renewal terms | Termite and re-service coverage add ongoing commitments. |
How to compare quotes
- Is the company's FDACS license current, and does it include the category you need? Check the FDACS license lookup.
- Which pests are covered, and which are excluded?
- How many visits are included, and what happens if pests return?
- Are the warranty or renewal terms in writing?
- Will you get written, treatment-specific safety instructions?
We don't publish prices because they depend on what the inspection finds. You get a written quote before any treatment.
